Voice Networks (PBX/ACD)

Based on the client’s business environment (Domestic and/or International), Blue Bridge will work with the client to undergo the vendor selection process; Design and Network Implementation; Network Management Process – Operation Methods and Procedures (M&P), and Security Requirement. Blue Bridge will also provide the traffic engineering support for the client’s voice network (PBX/ACD) with the following:

1. Line and trunk quantities required.
2. Traffic capacity.
3. Quantities, service levels, and usage.
4. Operator staffing levels and performance predictions.

For an ACD network, Blue Bridge will help the client to develop an “Agent Performance Reporting System” as part of the M&P process.
